DUTA – Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using DUTA, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

1. Normal User Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for the content, messages, images, videos, comments and other information they post or share.
  • Users must not post illegal, abusive, threatening, hateful, misleading, defamatory or inappropriate content.
  • Users must respect the privacy and rights of other users.
  • Users must not misuse DUTA for fraud, harassment, spam or any unlawful activity.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and login information.

2. Group Admin Responsibilities

  • Group admins are responsible for managing and moderating their respective groups.
  • Group admins should take reasonable steps to prevent illegal, abusive, harmful or inappropriate content within their groups.
  • Group admins are responsible for approving, removing or reporting content/users according to their group rules and applicable laws.
  • Group admins must not misuse their administrative privileges.
  • Any content posted by group members remains the responsibility of the respective users who posted it.

3. Page Admin Responsibilities

  • Page admins are responsible for the information, posts, services, advertisements and other content published on their pages.
  • Page admins must ensure that their page content and activities comply with applicable laws.
  • DUTA does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, quality or legality of information, products or services provided by page admins.
  • Page admins are solely responsible for their business activities, customer interactions, offers, transactions and commitments.

4. User-Generated Content

Users, group admins and page admins are solely responsible for the content they create, upload or publish on DUTA.

DUTA acts as a technology platform that provides communication and publishing tools. DUTA does not take responsibility for the accuracy, legality, ownership or consequences of user-generated content.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use DUTA for:

  • Illegal activities or transactions
  • Fraud or scams
  • Harassment or threats
  • Hate or discriminatory content
  • Copyright or trademark infringement
  • Distribution of harmful or misleading information
  • Spam or unauthorized advertising
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws

DUTA may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Third-Party Content and Services

DUTA may contain links, advertisements, services or content provided by third parties. DUTA is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, quality or performance of third-party products or services.

7. Limitation of Responsibility

DUTA provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain and improve the platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

DUTA shall not be responsible for disputes, losses, damages, transactions, communications or interactions between users, group admins, page admins or third parties, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes to Terms

DUTA may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of DUTA after an update means that you accept the updated Terms.

9. Acceptance

By checking the checkbox and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Important: Each user, group admin and page admin is responsible for their own actions and content. DUTA is a platform and does not assume responsibility for user-generated content or activities that are outside DUTA's control.
